Guard locking principle
Operating current (power to lock): In the case of a safety guard with guard locking according to the open-circuit current principle, the safety guard is locked until the power supply to the guard locking solenoid is break-before-make. The guard is unlocked by spring force. This is also referred to as electrical guard locking.

Guard locking for process protection
The safety switch meets the requirements for interlocking devices with guard locking for process protection. It does not have guard locking monitoring.
Required accessories
Actuator and solenoid plug are not included in the scope of delivery.
