MGB2 locking module - guard locking for personnel and process protection

The MGB2 Modular locking module is available in various versions as a process guard locking device or guard locking device for personnel protection. It can be used on hinged doors hinged on the left or right as well as on sliding doors. Together with a handle module, safety doors can be used as movable guards with interlocking device, with or without guard locking in accordance with EN ISO 14119. It offers space for up to two MSM submodules. This allows a wide range of switches to be added, from EMERGENCY STOP and pushbuttons to key-operated rotary switches, so that a complete control terminal can be created on the door. And if that's not enough, there is also the MCM expansion module. The MGB2 locking module is connected to an MBM bus module via an M12 connection. This collects all the dates and communicates with the control system via a fieldbus.

Door hinge

The door hinge of the locking modules can be changed from right to left and vice versa at any time with little effort.
